EFQM MODEL
The EFQM Model is a universal framework which answers the three most important questions for an organization: WHY do we exist? Why do we choose this strategy? What is the reason or purpose? HOW do we deliver the strategy? WHAT have we achieved till date using it and what do we aim to achieve in future? The answers to these questions lay the pillars of EFQM Model — 1.
